MOSCOW, November 18 (RIA Novosti) - The Bulgarian Constitutional Court on Tuesday ruled unlawful the decision of the Speaker of the Bulgarian National Assembly to reject a request for a nationwide referendum on the country's accession to the eurozone. In May, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev proposed initiating a referendum on this issue.
