Brazilian President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva will travel to Belem Wednesday as talks aimed at sealing a climate deal are expected to enter a crucial phase, a presidential source told AFP. The left-wing leader delivered a speech at the opening of the UN climate conference on November 10, and his return was not initially planned. Lula will travel "tomorrow" to the city in northern Brazil where the talks are taking place, the source said. rsr/app......
