Wall Street stocks slipped further on Tuesday, as worries about the tech sector and concerns surrounding the strength of consumer spending weighed on the market. Shortly after trading started, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.8 percent to 46,232.04, while the broad-based S&P 500 pulled back 0.3 percent to 6,651.17.
