TEHRAN, November 15 (RIA Novosti) - Iran has seized a Singapore-bound oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Saturday. "At 07:30 [04:00 GMT] yesterday, the rapid-response units of the IRGC Navy tracked the movement of a Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker named Talara.
