BELEM, Brazil, Nov. 15 (Xinhua) -- The ongoing 30th UN Climate Change Conference (COP30), which kicked off in Brazil's Amazonian city of Belem on Monday, marks another landmark in improving global climate governance in a just and equitable manner. COP30, which runs through Nov. 21, brings together representatives from nearly 200 countries and regions to focus on the efforts needed to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5 degrees Celsius......
