MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - The Haitian authorities declared three days of mourning in memory of the victims of Hurricane Melissa which struck the country last week, as well as a state of emergency in several regions, the office of Haitian Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aime said on Monday.
