Development projects launched in Afghanistan's Farah province

KABUL, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The Afghan government has launched development and maintenance projects in the western Farah province, the state-run Bakhtar news agency reported Monday. Valued at 22 million Afghani (over 300,000 U.S. dollars), the projects were financed through the national budget and contributions from partner organizations.
