Berlin airport halts flights for two hours after drone sighting

Berlin (dpa) - Air traffic at Berlin's airport was suspended for around two hours on Friday evening following a drone sighting, causing delays and flight diversions. Operations were halted from 8:08 pm (1908 GMT) to 9:58 pm, a Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) spokesman told dpa. The airport has since been granted approval by the aviation authority to lift night flight restrictions, he said. "We assume the threat is contained for now," the spokesm......
