MOSCOW, October 30 (RIA Novosti) - Russian diplomats should notify about their travels around the EU at least 24 hours before crossing border, EU Commission foreign affairs spokeswoman Anitta Hipper told RIA Novosti on Thursday. On October 23, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced that the European Union had adopted the 19th package of sanctions against Russia.
