WASHINGTON, October 23 (RIA Novosti) – Air passengers in the US may face flight delays and cancellations if Congress cannot agree on the government spending bill and end the shutdown, US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said on Thursday. “If we can't do that, you will see the flights come down.
