Bolivia to Hold Presidential Election on Sunday

MOSCOW, October 19 (RIA Novosti) - Bolivia will hold a presidential runoff on Sunday after no candidate received enough votes to win in the first round on August 17. Rodrigo Paz from the centrist Christian Democratic Party and former Bolivian president Jorge Quiroga, a right-wing politician, will compete for the country's highest office. Nearly 8 million Bolivian citizens will be eligible to cast their ballots....
