UFA, Russia, October 17 (RIA Novosti) - Eight people were injured in an emergency at the Avangard plant in the Russian city of Sterlitamak, and the rest of the employees are outside the territory of the plant, head of Russia's Bashkortostan Region Radii Khabirov said on Friday.
