WASHINGTON, October 17 (RIA Novosti) - The resignation of US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) head Adm. Alvin Holsey could be considered "heroic" if motivated by his rejection of murdering Caribbean civilians, Colombian President Gustavo Petro said on Friday.
