Peru's police chief on Thursday admitted that the man who was killed during major anti-government protests in Lima was shot dead by police. General Oscar Arriola said an officer from the criminal investigation directorate was believed to have fired the bullet that killed 32-year-old rapper Eduardo Ruiz on Wednesday.
