TEGUCIGALPA, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Honduras scored three first-half goals to cruise to a 3-0 home win over Haiti in their World Cup qualifier on Monday. Rigoberto Rivas and Anthony Lozano struck inside the first half hour before Romell Quioto added a third goal on the stroke of halftime.
