Finnish prosecutors said Thursday they were appealing a Helsinki court's decision to dismiss a case against three crewmembers from Russia's "shadow fleet" suspected of cutting Baltic Sea cables. In a trial that took place in August and September, crewmembers of the Cook Islands-registered Eagle S oiltanker were accused of dragging their anchor on the seabed for around 90 kilometres (56 miles), damaging five undersea cables in the Gulf of Finland......
