WASHINGTON, October 1 (RIA Novosti) - The United States has agreed to provide Qatar with security guarantees similar to ones envisioned in Article 5 of the NATO Charter, meaning that an attack on the Middle Eastern state will be considered an attack on the US itself, according to an executive order published by the White House.
