S. Korean president vows to build peace based on strong security

SEOUL, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- South Korean President Lee Jae-myung on Wednesday vowed to build peace based on strong security, emphasizing that South Korea should move toward a strong, self-reliant defense.
