MOSCOW, October 1 (RIA Novosti) - The possible deployment of US-made Typhon Mid-Range Capability missile systems in the Philippines will not be aimed at Russia or China, Philippine Ambassador to Russia Igor Bailen told RIA Novosti. "But if such missiles appear in the Philippines, they will definitely not be directed against friendly Russia. They will not be directed against any particular country or neighbor," Bailen said.
