BEIJING, September 30 (RIA Novosti) - The People's Bank of China (PBoC) has issued a warning and imposed fines on China Development Bank and China CITIC Bank for violating financial statistics rules, Chinese news agency Cailian reported on Tuesday. China Development Bank was fined 1.23 million yuan ($172,700) for violating financial statistics rules, according to the report. China CITIC Bank Corporation Ltd. was hit with a 15.357 million yuan......
