MOSCOW, September 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow has opened 26 enforcement proceedings at the instance of the Prosecutor General's Office for the seizure of property from the retired judge of Russia's Supreme Court, Viktor Momotov, court materials seen by RIA Novosti on Tuesday showed.
