MOSCOW, September 28 (RIA Novosti) - Two civilians were injured on Sunday in a Ukrainian rocket strike on the western Russian city of Belgorod, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said. "A rocket strike on Belgorod left two civilians injured. A man suffered from a shrapnel wound to his abdomen and a woman is believed to have suffered from a barotrauma.
