MOSCOW, September 26 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine will not become a NATO member, since the United States, Germany and several other member states oppose its bid, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said on Friday. "It is not NATO membership [for Ukraine], because the US is against it, Hungary and Slovakia, and the Germans, so it will not be NATO membership now, maybe in the future, far future, but not now," Rutte said while visiting the US Military Acad......
