JERUSALEM -- The Israeli army and civilian bodies placed huge loudspeakers on trucks along the Gaza Strip and remotely took control of Gaza residents' mobile phones to play live Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Friday.
