SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- A merchant vessel of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) returned to the north after crossing the "inter-Korean maritime border" on Friday, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said in a statement.
