Frankfurt (dpa) - Commerzbank said on Wednesday it is to launch a new share buyback programme to repurchase shares worth up to ?1 billion ($1.2 billion). The programme - starting September 25, 2025 and ending no later than February 10, 2026 - is part of the capital return for the 2025 financial year, which will consist of the buyback of own shares and a dividend to be resolved at the next annual general meeting.
