WASHINGTON, September 19 (RIA Novosti) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Japanese counterpart, Iwaya Takeshi, discussed regional and global issues, and bilateral cooperation, State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott said on Friday.
