WINDHOEK, 18 SEP (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Thursday appointed 10 ambassadors to key partner nations, stressing that their new mandate is to advance Namibia’s economic diplomacy and secure opportunities for citizens, particularly the youth.
