MOSCOW, September 19 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union is tightening the export controls for companies from Russia, China and India as part of the new package of anti-Russian sanctions, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Friday. "We must cut off supplies to Russia's military industry. So that it cannot feed its war machine. We are adding more chemicals, metal components, salts, and ores to our export bans and tighter export controls......
