MOSCOW, September 19 (RIA Novosti) - The access of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to Iran's nuclear facilities is possible only after the existing tensions are lifted, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh told RIA Novosti on Friday.
