UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- The last remaining civilian lifelines are collapsing in Gaza City as Israel's military onslaught triggers more casualties, mass displacement, destruction, and tighter restrictions on humanitarian work, UN humanitarians said on Thursday.
