MOSCOW, September 18 (RIA Novosti) - A further reduction in the key rate is not predetermined, Deputy Governor of the Russian Central Bank Alexey Zabotkin said on Thursday. On Friday, the Central Bank of Russia decided to reduce the key rate to 17% annum, as expected.
