DOHA, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Joint Defense Council held an extraordinary session in Doha on Thursday, strongly condemning Israel's military attack on Qatar and deciding to step up intelligence sharing and update joint defense plans.
