Berlin (dpa) - Tour de France chief organizer Christian Prudhomme has boosted hopes of a Grand Depart of cycling's biggest event in the German city of Dresden in 2030. "Germany is important to France, and Germany is equally important to the Tour de France," he said at a presentation of a book about the Tour in Berlin on Tuesday.
