ONDANGWA, 16 SEP (NAMPA) – Thirty-two-year-old Tomas Sheya, who is accused of murdering his two children, was denied bail on Tuesday when he made his first court appearance in the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court.
During the court proceedings, Magistrate Nelao Ya France denied the request for bail.
Prosecutor Justine Shiweda represented the State and objected to bail being granted.
