UNITED NATIONS, September 16 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Tuesday that he is hoping to meet the Russian and Ukrainian delegations during the upcoming UN General Assembly high-level week. “I think this [the UN General Assembly] is an important opportunity in relation to all the conflicts,” Guterres told a briefing. “I will be meeting, hopefully, the Russian Federation and the Ukrainian delegation.” Guterres also......
