MOSCOW, September 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Bulgarian navy on Tuesday detected and neutralized an unmanned vessel in the Black Sea, the country's defense ministry said. The damaged sea drone was located about 80 kilometers (49.7 miles) east of the city of Varna.
