MOSCOW, September 16 (RIA Novosti) - The European Parliament will hold a debate and then vote on two no-confidence motions against European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during the plenary session on October 6-9, Politico reported on Tuesday, citing an internal email from Parliament President Roberta Metsola.
