25 new dengue cases reported in Pakistan's capital

ISLAMABAD, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- A total of 25 new dengue fever cases were reported in Pakistan's capital Islamabad over the past 24 hours, local health officials said on Monday. According to the District Health Office (DHO), 13 of the new infections were recorded in rural areas, while 12 were reported from urban sectors, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the capital to 460 during this year.
