OPUWO, 11 SEP (NAMPA) - Two Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers, currently under construction in the Kunene and Zambezi regions and fully funded by the Palm for Life Fund (PFL) to the amount of N.dollars 9 million, are reported to be nearing completion.
