London (PA Media/dpa) - Germany slumped to a first away World Cup qualifying defeat as Slovakia opened their Group A campaign with a shock 2-0 win, while European champions Spain strolled 3-0 past Bulgaria. David Hancko put Slovakia in front shortly before half-time in Bratislava.
