WASHINGTON, September 4 (RIA Novosti) - US Army was financially mismanaged by the US Department of Defense (DOD) at contractor-owned, contractor-operated (COCO) sites for at least 95% with regard to ammunition as of July 2024, the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) said on Thursday.
