Rubio Says Visit to Mexico 'Very Productive', Cooperation Reached Historic Levels

WASHINGTON, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - Cooperation between the United States and Mexico has reached never seen historic highs, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday, adding that his visit has been "very productive".
