MOSCOW, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un shook hands with South Korean parliament speaker Woo Won-shik during a parade in Beijing to mark the 80th anniversary of victory in World War II, the South Korean news agency Newsis reported on Wednesday.
