Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday announced the signing of Morocco international Eliesse Ben Seghir from Monaco in what could potentially be a club record deal. Ben Seghir, 20, arrives for a reported fee of 32 million euros ($37 million) plus five million in bonuses in a deal running to 2030.
