WASHINGTON, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump has canceled a total of $4.9 billion in US foreign aid, the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) said on Friday. "I herewith report 15 rescissions of budget authority, totaling $4​​​.9 billion.
