WINDHOEK, 29 AUG (NAMPA) – Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) Environmental Commissioner, Timoteus Mufeti has urged Namibians to adapt to change or risk perishing.
Mufeti was speaking on behalf of MEFT during the Nature, People and Climate Investment Plan (NPC-IP) validation workshop in Windhoek on Friday.
