MOSCOW, August 27 (RIA Novosti) - Local defense exercises will be held across the Helsinki capital region from August 31 to September 5, the Finnish Army said on Wednesday. "The Guards Jaeger Regiment [a Finnish Army unit] will conduct local defense exercises ‘Lively Stronghold 25’ in the capital region from August 31 to September 5," the statement read.
