Russia Brings 146 Soldiers Back From Kiev-Controlled Territory - Defense Ministry

MOSCOW, August 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russia returned 146 servicepeople from the Kiev-controlled territory, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday. "On August 24 of this year, 146 Russian servicepeople were brought back from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime," the ministry said in a statement. In exchange, 146 Ukrainian prisoners of war were handed over, according to the statement​​​. The United Arab Emirates mediated the prisoner swap......
