OMUTHIYA, 20 AUG (NAMPA) – Oshikoto Region Governor, Sacky Kathindi has announced plans to construct sports facilities in two rural constituencies, marking a significant step towards equitable infrastructure development across the region.
Tsintsabis in the Guinas Constituency and Onyuulaye in the Okankolo Constituency have been selected as priority locations for the new sports complexes, according to Kathindi.
